L78 CRD build code question

Well as far as I know the original owner was a young kid (in his twenties)that bought the car new with a 427 in it and raced it. He kept building the engine up until he exploded it. The car was then bought by the person I purchased it from 22 years ago, he put a 427 in it and blew that one up, I purchased it and I put the present 427 in it. I have talked to the second owner recently and he explained it all to me. He did not have any info on where the car was originally purchased new. Yes the car was originally cortez silver but the first owner sprayed it metalflake blue (why? not sure, but it's going back to original CORTEZ SILVER THIS winter)
