Anyone with info on this COPO?

Well, it isn't like I am a player on a restored COPO anyway, but...

I do care about the integrity of the hobby. I don't know how everyone else feels, but I am pretty quick to dismiss a car that is on its third trim tag, especially with a fake window sticker that purports to be "documentation" of the car's authenticity.
Rich asked if the engine were the "born with" unit. I can't say for certain, but what are the chances it has a fake tag, fake docs and a real born with motor? There is a reason the stamps aren't made public.
