weld studs or a bracket to it and use a slide hammer..then metal work it

Mark's method will work. I was afraid of pulling it too far, so here is what I did. Some guys will weld some reinforcing bars in there in case it gets hit with another floor jack. I am not planning on lifting with a floor jack.
