The K189 date you posted is probably from the center section...not the axle tube. The axle tube date would not have the year...just the month and day. I don't have my book handy but a "K" date would be later month in 1969. If the axle stamp is a "BT" and not a "CBT" then it would be out of a late 69 Camaro...CBT would indicate 1970 Nova 3.55 posi. wilma
