My Nova, like your Z-28, is an 06A build. I assume the air cleaner lid is the original from the car based on condition.

Curious. I think my Z is a flat hood car and changed to cowl set up way before I got it. I want to go back to the flat hood look really and bought a curved print lid and don't know for sure if it is correct. No one seems to know enough when the print changed from curved to straight. I have a nice curved Z28 with a fair oem decal to trade if somebody had a straight print lid, but need to know for sure before that would happen.
