Hmmmm, I always thought that the blue car cruising by when Dreyfuss got kicked out of the bug was my '57 Chevy with me driving (and a few other really brief scenes as well).... I don't remember seeing Cubik back then but that sure looks like one tough ride! Maybe you video buffs can check out the movie and set me straight???

I cruised my '57 practically non-stop for a couple of weeks during various stages of filming on 4th Street in San Rafael (where I grew up) and also in Petaluma (where I live now). Anyone with a period correct car was invited to participate.

Definitely some of the best memories of my life!
