So I decide a few weeks ago, it's time to ditch the air bags and go with coil overs. Added to that, some tires with sidewalls. I guess I'm getting old. What does a car guy do 2 weeks before he is supposed to leave...........take the car apart.




Must have lost around 150 lbs. with this pile.


Ordered up the SoCal Kidney Bean knock off wheels to top it all off. Alignment scheduled for Monday. Things were................ going well. The car gods spoke up and said &quot;NOT SO FAST TIMMY!&quot; The 4L60E lost all forward gears this morning. It's going to be a stretch but I'm going to try!


At least the trans did not die 500 miles away!
