Got my report today. My 69 RSZ was delivered to Harbor Chevrolet in Long Beach, CA. It is still in business! Think there is any chance they have 45 year old records?

Dana, I owned a RS/SS L78 that came from Harbor Chevrolet. I contacted them in 1999 and spoke with the Business Manager Sally Huff who had been there since the early 60's (She retired shortly after). She sent me the &quot;New Passenger Car Sales Journal&quot; entry for my car which referenced the VIN, trade in, selling price and saleman and owners name. I also received a Harbor license plate frame.

Their newspaper ads are on newspaperarchive.com If you want to PM me the end of your vin, I can check the ones I jotted down and see if yours was one of them. (I went through all their ads on that site)

Just picked this up. Not cheap but cheaper than if my car had come from Dana Chevrolet [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/wink.gif[/img]
