Garyc.. Was on the front of hot rod in 78. Fell in love with that car in high school and found a 25,000 mile cortez silver 69 zee. cowl hood car. kinda familiar huh. Well, I gave it its first repaint. here it is.
I have the original matching number motor on the stand. I figured I can change it back at a later date if I decide to. I'm having fun with it now and all my friends think I am crazy for modifying a real zee. I'm sure my boys will be fighting over it when I'm gone. all good. It seems a lot of people were using that paint scheme in the 70's and early 80's. still cool to me.
