There is a Gerald Delp here in Oley PA. Not far from me at all. I thought the name sounded familiar when I read the posts. I just had to check it out for you.

Do you know him at all? I'm pretty sure 'Gerry" was the only Delp stationed at Dover AFB so that should be good enough to confirm it's him if you happen to contact him. I appreciate the help, otherwise I'd be bugging a lot of people in PA.
