Default Going rate for a `67-`68 F Body?

As the thread title states, I'm curious what the current going rate might be for a decent, relatively rust-free `67-`68 Camaro or Firebird, preferably a plain-Jane unit.

I realize this is a pretty broad question, I'm just looking for ballpark figures.

I would say $12-18k. Probably a wider range than you were looking for.

I have been looking for one without an engine. Couple had been in eBay with good bodies and the painted on brought 12500. Hard to find a good one in Ohio!

Here's my dilemma;

Along with "Muscles Mouse" (the 302 project), I have another serious effort project waiting to be unveiled, and the only thing I have to use as a test vehicle is my Chevelle, which I'm obviously not about to put a cage in or otherwise extensively modify for track (ab)use.

It's pretty obvious an early F body isn't going to happen any time soon...I'm thinking a mid `70's Nova/Apollo/Ventura might be a more viable candidate. (Maybe even a 4-door?....hmmm.....)

Just kicking around options & ideas at this point.

How about a cosworth vega without a motor or a monza? All black, cragars, and stance with a motor to back it up! This just sold on this site.http://www.ebay.com/itm/201065869933?ssPageName=STRK

Sweet.
Mini tubs, big tires under the back on steel wheels with hub caps. Quite the sleeper.
