I just checked my spare units so I could get you a pic, they're missing. My car is still in storage for the winter, but they're on it. They should be more of a bullet shaped bumper. They are real close in size and shape to the plastic end on a luggage rack.
FWIW, I've never really understood why they were needed. The console would snap in two before the bumpers did any good. Gotta love the weight of the 68-69 8-Tracks! BIG
