9100 Original Mile 73 Z Sold New at Marhefka Chevy

I was hoping maybe someone from the Windber area may know of the Car or remember the original owner. I've tried about everything I can think of (including calling Rob Marhefka, to old to do a Title search, tried in 01') Posted on Nasty Z28 also. Being the car had less than 5,000 miles by 95', I would think it was from that local area (Maybe ran at P.I.D. stock class) Any info would be greatly appreciated.
