Because they can! The show provides them with the car, the tools, the parts, everything. You have to admit, it is a lot easier to work on a rust free car than a bucket! The car needed quarters, and a rear valance. It was a 307 grocery getter, they will make a wicked resto-mod out of it. I like it.
