These guys hosting the show were not changing drive trains from a low HP car and putting in big HP drivetrains. I believe most agree do this if this is your preference. The unfortunate practice IMHO, is to take a perfectly good body car and take a cutting wheel to it make body mods. If cutting up a car is your thing why not do this to a car that needs new panels? Not a car that is in perfectly good shape where one could put a L78 or LS3 in it provided it was a 6 cylinder or low HP car.
