That is super tempting. What do you guys think the real value of this car would be, running and driving?

I think that is worth 25,000 as is. Put 5,000 in it and drive it. Restored you'd have 75,000-80,000 into it.

According to the ad the car hasn't run in over 20 years...looks to be in pretty rough shape. I don't think you could rebuild the driveline and make it road worthy for $5k...maybe, but I doubt it. As for the total resto cost...if it was done at premium shop, to a concours level...you would have more money than that in it. Just a shame someone didn't take better care of it. wilma
