I have someone's '67 Vette tri-power POP
I was scrounging around in my stuff and ran across an owner's packet w/ manual and POP. it reads:
std 988 T0419JEH P7E12 194677S119754.H (I think) FB0515W Delivery date: June 4, 1967 Don Essen Chevrolet 540 Manchester Rd Ballwin MO Pass this around to any vette guys, maybe the car is still around??

I think you are right. I was questioning the accuracy of the VIN, can't see it very well ...

I have a 67 big block very close, here's the number 194677S119563.
Your number is accurate. It would be great to find the car.
