I had a '67 Corvette owned by Chris P from this site and after I owned it, it was owned by Reggie. I acquired it back and considered it more valuable because of Chris P's ownership.

The "right" caretaker can certainly add value to a car once it been thru their hands, while with others it can raise some issues, regardless of celebrity status.
