We did that. They have nothing on 1964 cars built in Baltimore and Kansas because they were under Chevrolet direction. Our car is a Baltimore car. We have a 64 GTO convertible that we did get the PHS documentation. There documentation is not 100 percent correct. They said our car had options we know it did not have. We have 12 GTO's and know them well. I just wanted to hear thoughts on a car we know is real but can not document. I have read crazy things on this site about cars that there is no doubt are the real thing but the owners are told they are not actual cars.
