Information I have says 68 and 69 were the same...Factory black paint was Lucite Code 88L (semi-gloss) and black dash top was Lucite Code 4428L (Flat)...not sure what kind of additive they added for the suede texture.

Thank you, Martin, for the paint code info. My car's body is still with my body guy. We had to put a new floor and quarters on it. I should have it back in a month or so and then I'll be painting the dash. Thanks again and Merry Christmas to you!

Your info is correct. Remember that Lucite is acrylic laquer. If you can get that, cool, but it's been my understanding that laquer is a hard to find item on the West coast due to state/area VOC compliance laws. FWIW
