THE TRANS IS IN A RUNNING CAR IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE HAS TRYED SEVERAL TIMES TO REMOVE THE SQUARE HEAD IS WELL ROUNED OFF DO YOU HEAT THE PLUG OR THE CASE ALSO WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE
