For anybody who may be able to help Albert, here's a few pictures of what he needs. GM part # 391312 for the steering column grommet with manual trans. Has a few unique features that make it fairly easy to identify. There are letters ABF cast into the rubber and a center brass bushing for the upper backdrive rod. Inside the groove that mounts it to the steering column is a wavy pattern cast into the rubber.
Hopefully somebody has a spare for Al.
