Default Re: 62 Corvette Pure Stock Build

I have a friend who was playing around with the engine analyzer. These are the power curves that he came up with utilizing SAE net (water pump, fan, and fan clutch) horsepower numbers......

1. Published flow rates for stock 461X heads
2. Stock Duntov camshaft
3. 10.5:1 compression ratio

The 3 different curves represent changes in the cam timing and lobe centers.

Now I need to plug in 12.5:1 and see what if there is any reasonable gains to be had. I dug out a center section for the rear end in order to build the 4.56 diff. More on that later.
