----Headers are "Tubies" ie: "Tubular Automotive". I think Andresen always used Tubies as did a bunch of New England racers. T.Auto. was famous for running the 1st two pipes forward and then under the crossmember. Road clearance was a real issue, but most of us just accepted it as part of the equation. Besides which,,,they just looked sooooo cool from the front. Tuby equipped cars used to scare the heck out of everybody even if you had a slug.......Bill S
