I am surprised you are selling the car. I've read the Hemmings article several times and remember you saying you'd never sell. I know life throws some curve balls and I hope it is not out of necessity that you are selling. I really like the car, but now isn't good timing foe me. I'm still recovering fro major back surgery and have had some "issues" regarding recovery. That and the lack of storage just makes now not a good time. I, too think $75k is reasonable if not a little bit of a bargain. Maybe try one of the larger auction houses. I see you are in CA and there are several in August during Pebble Beach week.
