Yep, Don is absolutely correct. The single snorkel unit that was used on the 68 GTO was used the 68-69 Firebird 400. The 69 GTO used a dual snorkel. The reason they couldn't use a dual snorkel on the Firebirds was due to hood clearance issues with the second snorkel on the passenger. The part number is 6424827 for the 4bbl single snorkel used on the 68 GTO and 68-69 Firebird 400.

And as a side note, they didn't use those red Buick style air cleaner decals. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/crazy.gif[/img]
