Don Yenko was given the COPO number 9737 in 1968 for the Yenko Sports car conversion Camaro option including the 140 speedo, large ft sway bar and other HD parts.
Fred Gibb was given the COPO number 9738 for his special order 1968 Chevy II SS396 L78 TH400 cars As far as I know, only Don and Fred were allowed to order those 1968 cars. In 1969 the COPO 9737 option was used for special order 427 Chevelles and 427 Camaros for any dealer
