Default Re: Big Block Question

A member here had a real nice 68 BB chevelle. If I remember correctly he had a sharp "S" pipe to hook his side pipes up to his header. Like everyone else here said, the header goes to far to the rear and has to double back per say to match-up to the side pipes.

Default Re: Big Block Question

The corvette headers i'm talking about look like a shorty header. They don't look a hole lot bigger than the manifolds thats why I'm thinking it will work.I'm just afraid of spending the almost $800 bucks if they dont work and going through the trouble of sending them back.I know I could use the regular headers but like you said i would need the S-bends and i'm trying to eliminate that.Thank you and keep the ideas coming.Kevin
