If you don't mind reproduction,Berger Chevrolets' parts dept. sells a "By Berger" chrome emblem today for $15 +ship.
It uses double sided tape to hold it to the car,but you can drill out the two simulated screw heads and apply with screws if desired.

They also sell a reproduction "Prescribed Power" license plate for $8 +ship.
