Nope, not happening either way. I can't post a pic in my sig, it says something is too long.
I'm assuming the http addres from photobucket is what it's referring to. If I try to add the URL as you have pointed out I still get 'Improper Picture Type' error. I downloaded program from the link you posted but I usually use Irfanview it accomplishes the same task. The pic is 80x61
