It is.
He never mentions his name in the ads. Someone who lives close to him,helped seek him out. They're making progress with this clown,and more people are coming forward.

I used to live near saratoga ca, you have to be uber rich to live there. I would suspect if he really lives there.
the cops there probably have nothing to do all day (no crime), so I bet if he does live there, they would have the time to go visit him, and run this to ground.
