I would venture 85% of owners that have cars like this restored entrust the shop to install the correct components- sure can get embarrassing when judged. Why don't they? I saw MANY of these cars that were done just like that with the buyers owing and awing over how perfect some of these cars were. It took every ounce of self control to not open my mouth and go down the list but I restrained myself. If I have said it once, I will say it a hundred times more. You get what you pay for. That black car would have brought considerably more had it been done right. It brought a lot more than it should have! The GB LS6 brought great money considering the color and trans because It WAS restored correctly.
