Thanks for the input everybody! I am leaning toward the BFG T/A redline in a 225-70. The Coker F70x14's specs list as 26.2" tall, 8.3" section width and a 6.7" tread. The 225 T/A lists as 26.3" tall, 9.0" section and a 6.7" tread. (Yeah, that's just what's listed and reality could be slightly different.) Since I love driving my Camaro, especially on the freeway for long periods, the T/A sounds like a good choice.
