I assume they are for 15" inch wheels only ? 3972794 shows on a Bing search as a 71 Monte Carlo center emblem only. PO2 was an option on 1968 to 1972 Corvettes for a 15 X 7" (1968) or 8" (1969 - 1972) wheel (Ralley)
