It's a very easy Day-2 installation. I haven't seen a factory installed set on a 69 Charger in my travels. (Which may not mean much). If the broadcast says it is so, then it is so. I got the pic from the guy who runs the 1969 Charger Registry last week. I didn't realize the hood pins were such a curiosity but I dug out the email due to your comment. He says:
