Kurt,
Both flat handle and round handle sticks were used in 70. The trick is in the specification wording, 69-70 sticks should read USE GM 6041-M-QUALITY MS OIL. I don't think the SE rating came out till later. But original 70's have popped up with round handles and the 6041 spec. Chris
