The car is currently registered in Pennsylvania. With all the work it may take to get the registered owner you may find out they don't want their original protect-o-plate when they think they own an original big block. Its happened to me more than a few times with original Corvette paperwork. Maybe someone can help with the Pennsylvania search.

It should still be with the car though. The guy gave it to me when I bought his L-78 Ralley Sport, I should have kept that car..... and the 67 pace car.... and the LS6 ElCamino (all with protect a plates. "Damn....What was I thinking ( Ha!
