That, and it has an incorrect 1972 Chevelle dashboard too.
Column shift Auto.,AM radio,Clear Non tinted windows,Bench seat,Idiot lights,Std bulge hood (Non flapper Cowl Ind.) No stripes,Manual steering and 3:31 OPEN rearend were all Std. equipment for the 1970 Chevelle Super Sport LS-6. You had to pay extra for their upgrades. |

My First 1970 Chevelle Super Sport i bought way back in 1984 had an Automatic Column shift with SS dash with Idiot lights (No Gauges) and a standard River Cloth Bench seat interior.
The only options i had on that car was Cowl Induction,AM Radio and Posi Rear Axle aside from the Auto trans. Good looking car and i enjoyed it for 13 years. Those are the same license plates my Triple Black LS6 wears today. Since i have ordered those plates in 1984 three Super Sports have carried out the "Wild 70" theme The Bumperettes, Remote Mirror and Bucket seats that show in the photo were added years later.
