Years & years of open headers, standing at the starting line of a dragstrip between Fuel burning dragsters, listening to the demonic Rock 'n Roll at insane decibel levels, chain saws, screaming wives & kids, .....you get the point. Like many of us who NEVER wore hearing protection because WE WERE TOO MANLY for such SENSELESS things!!!!!, ..... I suffer from Tinnitus. (That's the constant ringing in your ears that will NEVER go away.) Because of that, I sleep with a TV, radio, etc. on just to generate 'white noise' so the ringing doesn't push me over the edge. (Yes, I know: I'm painfully close anyway!)
So, ...... Sam, .............. my point: I want that sound on an endless tape loop. I could fall asleep to that sound every night for the rest of my life!!

----Right there with you, Dennis! Day or night I have the ringing in both ears. A short while back I had to get hearing aids which do bring down the decibel level a notch or two (when I remember to put them in).......Bill S

Dennis & Bill, I also have the same thing. Always there and very loud. "what did you say?" AND I can't get the video to launch. Darn. And I love that car!
