Shelby Research and Questions for the Pros

I apologize for duplicating the post (posted this in the Ford/Mercury forum as well)

Folks, I have a line on (purportedly) the only 1969 Shelby Barrier Test & Prototype Pilot car remaining of the 3 produced. It's complete, but in very rough shape. The seller is asking quite a hefty price ($200k+). What I'd like to know are your opinions on what it would take ($) to restore this car perfectly (needs ground up, everything) and what your thoughts are on how much it would be worth once complete?
