Looks alot like the car in the article. Here's a site that has alot of the DKM Firebirds. They were extremly popular cars in Utah back in the day. They are under Custom & Tuner Firebirds. www.firebirdgallery.com

It's an interesting car, I do remember the Hot Rod article from back then.

I have to ask, why does the brown car that you posted pics of have a 1978 back end and a 1979 front end? [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img]
