			Never seen one either. I can't imagine it would have been added in order to run a larger dia. clutch. 			It is for the 11" flywheel.  The top has the clearance the the bottom cover hits that is where the spacer comes in handy.  This wasn't a factory piece but fabricated to avoid issues.
