Just in the '68 Assembly Manual.

The main difference in the D91 was that it continued under and around the grille. A very early press photo shows a yellow '67 Camaro SS with a black D91 stripe.

For the record the earliest 1969 Camaro Dealer Order Form [6-68] lists D91 as a '69 option. DX1 must have replaced it.
