Another of those unforgettable moments in life....I had just graduated from high school the month before, and I can remember sitting on our family room sofa with my dad (who would be dead 17 months later [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/frown.gif[/img] ) watching the TV coverage of that momentous event.

Having only channels 2 thru 13 at the time, imagine that, it seemed like the whole world stopped and everyone was glued to the TV. Truly incredible! I have a promotional piece I got and kept from that era. I will try and find it and post it.
Hard to imagine what they did with the technology they had at the time.
