This is what happens when you take the word of someone when they say "it's a direct replacement for the original one"
  No module failure,just a gear failure.Getting kinda gun shy of driving the car now not knowing if it is gonna run or not.Next is a hardened gear so we don't have to wonder if the new distributor has one or not.On a better note the new one does have a rev limiter built in and it DOES work. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/wink.gif[/img] Shift light at 6000 rev limiter at 6500.Gotta be fast to pull a gear before the limiter comes on.
