If Stefano's examples besides #8 are original broach/stampings, I'd choose this order.
1 - 4 - 2 - 3 - 6 - 5 - 7 - 9 - 10 - 11
#08 is missing as I wouldn't want the friggin' thing around (unless decked into a #6)
