These are the generic replacement GM offered. Although they will function as original, they are not cosmetically correct for 69 cars. In 69 there was no "OFF" and "HI" lettering. Just said "AIR" and "FAN". The ones pictured are for a non A/C car. The A/C ones have a horizontal slot at the top for the fan switch. The 69 ones didn't really have Green lettering but they also didn't have the Blue tint you see at the bottom of these.

The only thing you need to do for your 69 Camaro is buy the repo lens and replace it and you still have a better control then you can buy repod.
