No kidding - started on that last weekend already..........but also found time to put some miles on the car too.

Tim, it's amazing......weird actually. I live just 9 miles west of the Loop downtown and was cruising in my Monte Carlo with the t-tops off all weekend. Drove downtown and saw people on the beaches along Lake Shore Drive. Amazing.

(On a side note, the weather has driven the city to insanity. Weekend totals (Fri-Sun): 49 Shot, 10 dead. I would bet that there wasn't that many people shot and killed in some of the most dangerous countries in the world during the same time this weekend! Not in those totals was a Chicago cop that was shot just yesterday. Bullet caught him right above the vest line in his neck. Add to that a CPD detective just popped two people on the west side early this morning. For those that don't know this about Chicago, the Wild West ain't got $hit on this joint!
