I remember the #3991469 superseded the #3973456 sometime late '69? and is a very common 14" diameter manual transmission flywheel that accepts an 11" diameter heavy-duty clutch,used on internally balanced BB & SB 1955-85 GM w/2pc.crank seal.

Crank Flange bolt pattern,3.58"
Clutch dia.10.4" 11"
Starter ring gear teeth,168



#381146 (88989167) is a 1966-1968 Chevrolet Chevy II base engine clutch.
10.4 in. x 10T x 1-1/8 in. raised diaphragm
10 spline
