Sam, I'm thinking they came out in very late 1970 in a press photo. I have somewhere a 1971 ad showing them, can't remember the month off hand and I have never seen the decals on both sides either on NOS or used ones I have seen on real life. Not to say it was never done. |

Concerning the sticker facing out, it looks like the sticker is on the shock side of the traction bar, but if you would happen to re-locate your shocks inboard (which is very popular to do on '67-69 Camaros) you need to swap the Traction Bars from side to side which puts the stickers to the inside then.
